We’re giving our Knowledge Base a little bit of a facelift just in time for the New Year! Not to fear, you’ll still be able to access all the same resources that are available to you today including, the library of articles and video tutorials for helpful platform information and survey best practices, a searchable database for quickly and easily finding answers to your questions, live chat to connect with a live support specialist, and more…it will just look a little different.

Indiana DOT's Continuous Listening Strategy Pays Off
The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) partnered with People Element in 2022 to help streamline their employee survey strategy and support their employee engagement. They were able to identify strengths and opportunities and took action geared toward improving overall employee satisfaction and engagement.

Happy Holidays From People Element
At People Element we know how important it is to build and maintain connection among coworkers. Like many of our clients this became more important than ever during the pandemic as remote work became more prevalent. This year we found a way to stay connected, get into the holiday spirit and give back to our community all at once.
We created a holiday bingo game where each square represents an activity, for example, an act of kindness, baking a holiday treat, or expressing gratitude to a coworker. Once three blackouts are achieved a lump sum is donated to charity (mission accomplished). Each line of bingo adds more money to the charitable donation. We have until Tuesday morning to get as many bingos as possible!
The charity we chose this year is the GivingMachine which allows donations to be sent to many local and global charities.
Above is a virtual selfie of a portion of your PE team crossing off one of their squares by wearing an ugly sweater. The participation in bingo was off the charts and we all got to interact with different groups/individuals and learn more about each other. Not only was this a fun and engaging activity for our team, but it was also for a good cause.
