Coming Soon — New Comments Tab

The Report tab is getting an exciting update! Coming soon, your open-ended comments will have a separate Comments report tab. Since comments are a crucial part of your survey analysis, we're committed to making it as easy as possible for you to access and understand them. Based on your feedback, you’ll also have the flexibility to determine who needs access to our open-ended comment data.

Not to worry, this update won’t change the look or functionality of your current Comment Analysis widget. You can continue to analyze your data as you always have, and you’ll still be able to access all your usual settings, favorites, saved reports, and download options with the added option to export a Comment Report to Excel as well as PDF.
