    Turnover & Projected Turnover

    With our new dashboard, we’re giving you the ability to monitor and track employee turnover trends in your organization. These metrics are your key to making informed decisions and maintaining a thriving workforce. By understanding your turnover, you can tackle attrition head-on. 

     

    Turnover: Using data collected from your exit survey, this chart tracks the number of terminations each month in your organization. You can quickly see increases or decreases and understand high level statistics related to turnover.

    Projected Turnover: By tracking the number of employees that indicate they may be likely to leave, you can identify where potential turnover risks may occur.
