Platform Updates

Download Reports into PowerPoint

You asked, we listened! Introducing our highly requested, newest feature: a PowerPoint download of your reports. With this new feature, you can seamlessly download various reports into PowerPoint so you can spend more time analyzing and presenting results, and less time taking screenshots and/or copy-pasting.

How it works:

  1. Select your desired survey and apply any data filters (timeframe, demographics) as you do today
  2. Organize your reports under the Dashboard, Report, and/or Comments tabs as you like (this is how the information will display in your PowerPoint download(s))
  3. Click the “PowerPoint” option under the Download icon
  4. Customize and share! We designed this PowerPoint option with customization in mind. Update your slides to match your company’s branding or leave as is for a simple presentation design. Delete unwanted slides or add in extra slides as desired.

Stay Interviews Guide:

Keeping Your Best and Brightest

Most people are familiar with Exit Interviews but what about Stay Interviews?

Stay Interviews allow you to gather feedback from your employees on what makes them want to stay with the organization, what processes or elements could be improved, and what could make them consider leaving. Many have called Stay Interviews the antidote to Exit Interviews because they give you the chance to address employee pain points before they escalate and intervene before someone makes the choice to leave.

Unfortunately, many organizations are struggling to keep talent, and yet few take the time to talk to their employees and discover what factors make them want to stay. According to research, only 29% of employees report having a Stay Interview at their current organization even though they have been found to have a positive impact on retention. Does your organization utilize Stay Interviews?

Holiday Recap

We hope you enjoyed the holidays and are having a great start to 2024!

This holiday season we were able to stay connected, get into the holiday spirit, and give back to our community as a team. Our company-wide holiday bingo game was a great success, garnering lots of engagement and participation from the whole team and raising money for a great cause.

Below is a collage of some of the crafts, activities, and holiday selfies submitted for the bingo game and the team ultimately donating at the Denver Giving Machine.
