New Comments Tab
We now have a tab dedicated to your comments! That’s right, since comments are a crucial part of your analysis, we've made them easy to find and now you control who has access to your open-ended comment data.
Not to worry, this update doesn’t change the look or functionality of your current Comment Analysis widget. You can continue to analyze your data as you always have, and still are able to access all your usual settings, favorites, saved reports, and download options with the added option to export in Excel as well as PDF.
**Coming Soon - Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) Widget
The dashboard is getting a new insightful widget: the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS). An eNPS score is a way of measuring how your employees feel about your company by asking if they would recommend it to others. With this new data point on your dashboard you’ll gain valuable insights into employee satisfaction in real time.
The eNPS widget will enable you to effortlessly measure and visualize employee sentiment by highlighting the percentage of promoters, detractors, and neutral sentiment among your employees. There is no additional work required to set up this widget, it will be pre-populated on your dashboard if
your survey contains an eNPS question from our question library.
