Enhanced Sorting for Engagement & Matrix Reports
We’ve enhanced the way you view your Engagement and Matrix reports even further. Now, by utilizing the Sort By drop-down selection, you have the power to customize how you organize & view your results.
Sort your Matrix’s factors/sub questions and your Engagement chart demographic items alphabetically by using the A-Z or Z-A selection. Or arrange the x-axis from highest percentage to lowest percentage of responses using the 0-100% or 100-0% options.
When you deselect or reselect Matrix answer choices or Engagement demographic items from the chart’s view, your results will automatically reorganize by the sorting selection.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Spend time with family and friends – mainly outdoors, wade fishing all along the Texas Coast. We are fairly serious about fishing in our household and enjoy competing in tournaments amongst some of the best anglers on the coast. Our toddler has become a pro at identifying fish species – we’re proud parents. When we’re off the water, we’re usually watching Formula 1 racing (go Ferrari!!), cruising the streets in my grandpa’s 65’ Ford pickup truck, or strength training in our garage.
What is your “key driver” in doing what you do?
I believe it’s important for companies to gain an insightful perspective to their organizations and to act on new discoveries to make a difference within their workforce. It’s incredibly valuable to provide a channel of direct support within the platform that helps our clients/users succeed through navigating the platform, understanding the feedback collected, and utilizing some of the best practices to get the most valuable data for their organization. Delivering quick responses gives our clients more time to act on opportunities.
