Platform Update - People Element 5.0

We’re excited to announce the official launch of People Element 5.0 on November 2nd. 
 
You’ll continue to enjoy the same features and interface, but we’re making significant enhancements behind the scenes to improve our platform’s future capabilities, flexibility, and scalability. These upgrades are aimed at building a robust foundation for innovative new features for 2025 and beyond. 
 
In early 2025, we’re introducing exciting new features, including a custom report builder and new chart options for drop-down questions, designed to make your data analysis even more powerful and intuitive. Additionally, we’re planning to launch new features using generative AI later in the year to elevate comment analytics and more.  
 
Our platform will be unavailable for 24 hours starting Saturday, November 2nd to make these enhancements. During this time, anyone accessing online surveys or reports will see a notification regarding the scheduled downtime.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Cooking and baking have always been such a big part of my life. Growing up in an Italian family, I learned early on that food is so much more than just a meal; it’s a way to connect and nurture relationships. I cherish the moments spent in the kitchen, trying out old family recipes and sharing them with my loved ones.

Outside of cooking, I find joy in exercising and traveling, but nothing compares to the joy of raising our three little ones with my husband.

 

What is your “key driver” in doing what you do?

It is very powerful to work with organizations who are looking to engage and empower their employees. Being a customer advocate and encouraging change, gives our customers new opportunities to energize their workforce, creating a unified environment and a strong culture.
