Upcoming Webinar
Join us for an upcoming virtual learning session all about Exit Interviews on October 26th at 11:00am MDT. Our host Quinton Barrett will focus on key topics from our new Exit Interview Guide such as best practices, example questions to ask, and much more.
Employee turnover is a vital metric in every organization’s workforce planning. However, it's difficult to improve without the right tools. Knowing what’s driving turnover and the truth behind why people leave is central to making the changes needed to positively affect retention and mitigate the costs of losing an employee in the future.
Enter, your exit interview strategy.
Exit interviews allow companies to gather feedback on the reasons why employees leave. By listening to what departing employees have to say, your company can better manage employee turnover and retention. Use this to your advantage and check out our new guide, “The Ultimate Guide to Exit Interviews,” to help you implement a successful exit interview strategy! In this guide you will find:
Best practices for conducting exit interviews
Example questions to ask
Use cases for exit interviews vs exit surveys
How to leverage exit interviews to rehire former staff
