Historical Engagement Comparison:

Now you can easily track your progress by comparing current engagement data with past results. Additionally, you’re able to see how many of your people are engaged with just a glance.

Engagement Benchmark:

Ever wondered where your engagement score ranks among other organizations? That’s why we’ve added a benchmark to our dashboard, so you can easily compare your engagement levels to other organizations. Our benchmark uses real employee data, not data collected by research providers.

Fun Fact: Although still a little over a month out, Halloween is already top of mind in our household as my family and I enjoy the tradition of picking a different theme every year around which to base our costumes (e.g. Star Wars, Mario Kart, Denver Broncos). What theme will we land on this year?  

What do you like to do outside of work? 

Spend time with my amazing family. Originally from Colorado, we enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible to hike, bike, kayak, fish…you name it! We recently moved to South Carolina this past summer and are looking forward to settling in and taking advantage of everything that coastal living has to offer! 

What is your “key driver” in doing what you do? 

Helping ensure our clients achieve success in turning valuable feedback into meaningful change for their respective organizations, and taking pride in providing an effective and efficient onboarding experience, setting the stage for our clients to achieve that success.
